From 1 April to 30 September 2012, the Chalet de la Porte Jaune offers you its brunch menu every Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm on the terrace of the Fermette.
Our Chef will prepare a different activity every Sunday according to the dish on the menu.

Situated on the Island des Minimes, in Bois de Vincennes, a few minutes from the centre of Paris in the 12th arrondissement, the Chalet de la Porte Jaune offers a 1,300 m2 space (800 m2 of which is modular). It comprises three buildings, the Chalet, the Fermette and the Belvedere, all air-conditioned, lit by natural daylight, and located on an exceptional site.
Our Chef, Frédéric Bandollier, with 21 years of experience under his belt as a second Chef at the Train Bleu, offers a selection of personalized menus for your events, all served by a talented team.

Three modular rooms, from 180 to 800 m², with separate entrances, conservatories and bay windows opening out on to the park and the lake, able to cater for up to 1,000 people in a new and modern structure.
250 m² over two levels. Five 50 m² rooms for 10 to 50 people, each of which is modular over two levels, surrounded by a balcony with a clear view over the large lake. The Chalet is a listed historical monument.


The Fermette: A 180 m² room offering great character, with fireplace, marble floors and crystal chandeliers, catering for a seminar of up to 120 people and a cocktail reception of up to 300 people.
Wi-Fi access is free in all the buildings.

Maintaining our culture of Quality at the very highest standard is, and will always be, our main priority.
This culture is based on controlled food safety and faultless hygiene, the product of a quality system which is constantly being improved.
Nevertheless, protecting our surrounding environment is also a priority, an initiative introduced at the Chalet de la Porte Jaune’s pilot site in June 2007.

Brunch every Sunday from 17 April to 30 September 2012, 12 pm to 3 pm, served on the Fermette’s terrace.
Open buffet (coffee, tea, fruit juice, pastries, salmon, cold meats, crudités, scrambled eggs, cheese, pastries, floating island desserts, chocolate mousse, etc.).
Enjoy a hot dish activity (barbecue, meat carving, etc.), a smoothie activity and a pancake activity.
To accompany your meals, enjoy a quality sparkling wine from the Maison Coulis Dutheil.
